‘n Wisdom Retreat series is designed
to assist women as they make their way through
predictable, and not so predictable, life
events. Whether you have just changed
neighborhoods or moved to a new country, put
children in school or graduated them out of
the house, started a new job or left a career,
just begun a relationship or ended one…WIT
‘n Wisdom is for you. If you’ve
lost your groove…or aren’t sure
you ever had one…or look in the mirror
and can’t remember what you are passionate
about anymore, WIT ‘n Wisdom can be
your path to greater vitality and a renewed
zest for life. |

woman’s life is full of responsibility and
transition. You are expected to go with the flow…often
with no real sense of where you will end up downstream.
It’s an easier journey with the right tools
in your life’s toolbox and the support of
a caring community. The WIT ‘n Wisdom Retreats
can give you both…strategies and actions plans
for attacking the trouble spots and a group of women
who understand what you are going through. |
| Each of the two retreats
in the program are long weekend sessions (Wednesday
night – Sunday noon). You will share your
stories, find new ways to manage old stresses, and
exchange wisdom with other women. You will laugh
a lot, cry some, have a few adventures, and make
new, lasting friendships in a caring, supportive
community. Trained life coaches will work with you
before, between, and after the retreats. |

a result of your participation in the WIT ‘n
Wisdom Retreat Series, you will find the support
of a community, identify your core values, reassess
your priorities, strengthen your self-confidence,
rekindle your passion, reclaim your personal freedom,
and create an exciting vision for your future. |

The foundation training week ‘Establishing
Your Inner Authority’ delivers core skills

Week 1: Establishing
Your Inner Authority |
| Working life is messy. It inevitably involves
friction and uncertainty as unexpected events
and competing visions vie for your attention.
As the leader, your ability to remain centred,
at once holding to your vision and being able
to understand others – will impact the
process and outcome of developments in your
organisation. In ‘Establishing
your inner authority’ your
learning will focus on accepting who you are
and trusting your intuition; establishing
authentic relationships with others as a leader
in your organisation; and recognising the
constraints and freedoms within the organisation
that facilitate or limit its capacity for
transformation or adaptation. Through a combination
of experiential learning and reflective space
you will ground your development at a physical,
emotional, mental and spiritual level. |

Spiritual
Renewal Retreats |
| |
We set aside
two weeks each year to host Spiritual
Renewal Retreats for individuals and couples.
(This is an adult-only event.) A member
of the ecumenical spiritual community
will be employed to act as a spiritual
mentor at each retreat. The participants
in each retreat will represent an international
range of cultures and spiritual traditions.

| The Spiritual Renewal
Retreats Weeks are organized to allow each participant
to be immersed in her/his own personal reflections
and spiritual path while having access to conversations
and dialogues with a spiritual mentor and fellow-
participants. We will take care of the meals and
other hospitality services to insure you can give
total focus and energy to your spiritual work. Tai
Chi morning practice and group coaching sessions
are included in the package. Reiki sessions and
individual coaching can be added. |

programs offered by the spiritual mentor and our
full board package (link to end info). Spiritual
Renewal Retreat Weeks are limited to 20 participants.

Writer’s
Retreat Week |
| Our first-ever
Write That Book Now! retreat is slated for October
2009.
Join with other people just like you
who have had that book in their heads and hearts
for years, but who have not yet found a way to
extract it.
We will set up a writing coach and a program,
and provide printers and paper and all the necessary
office supplies.
You bring your notes and your laptop, talk with
other writers, get coaching from an expert, and
make that book happen.
To help you finish what you start, we will offer
a follow-on week’s stay at a bargain price. |
Use
this unique setting, spectacular scenery, and
expert assistance to produce your book. |
